It showed a broken website like the figure below, when I opened the Pavian interactive tool. I followed the tutorial and opened it as the job status turned orange. Thank you for your time.

If you are working at a different public server, you can share back the server URL and I can add it to the ticket above. The solution would still be the same as what I am sharing below.

Pavian Workaround Steps
- Create an account at UseGalaxy.eu if you do not have one yet.
- Go back to UseGalaxy.org. You will be creating an exported version of your history following this FAQ.
* Note for those not working in a tutorial (tutorial data will transfer fine!): When your history is very large, you may want to copy only some datasets into a new smaller history and move that over instead! - Capture the link from UseGalaxy.org and input it over at the UseGalaxy.eu server.
- Allow your archive to fully load. It may take a few minutes so please be patient!
- Everything will be intact, look the same, and you can continue with your work.
- This works in both directions to/from any public Galaxy servers. You can also download your history archive as a backup file, then load it up later!

Great, thanks for letting us know! I’m glad you can continue! You can move data between any Galaxy servers this way if you want to explore the additional quota and different tools at each later on.
