Hi,
I am new here and I am using usegalaxy.org, I started with interested tutorials for me in metagenomics, in this tutorial “Analyses of metagenomics data - The global picture” I faced 2 problems first with visualization data by Phinch although I already changed the file name form .biom1 to .biom and tried many times,but the error message that the file is not valid. Second, the tool ‘MetaPhlAN2’ is not available in the list of tools. I will be appreciated for your help

Not every public Galaxy is set up for this tutorial. The Galaxies that made sure everything for it is available are listed on the trainings page:
