Hi,
I use galaxy locally on the latest version. I am trying to display the output of QualiMap BamQC in the workflow report but I only get broken images and not a rendered HTML report.
I put the tool on the allowlist to render HTML but it makes no difference. What else can I do? There are no errors in the log.
