Does anyone know how to further break down a cluster of repeats found by RepeatExplorer? Currently it identifies ‘satellites’ as a single group, but I would like it in more granular detail

Hi Grace,
Different satellite repeat families are represented as individual clusters. You can best view them using “Tandem repeat analysis” link in the main HTML output page.

It turned out my major satellites had been split into many small clusters and none of them were annotated as such. I ran TAREAN with ‘cluster merging’ enabled and I now have a single cluster of maj sat
