Problem running RepeatExplorer

Hi
I’ve installed Repeat Explorer under a local Galaxy. I run what is described here:

http://repeatexplorer.umbr.cas.cz/static/html/help/manual.html#adding-repeatexplorer-to-your-local-galaxy-installation

But when I tried to run a Clustering Analysis it throws me the following error:

An error occured while running the tool seqclust .
Tool execution generated the following messages:

/galaxy/tools/umbr_programs/seqclust/programs/seqClust.sh: line 356: /usr/local/bin/formatdb: No such file or directory

I don’t understand why. I’ve already copied formatdb to /usr/local/bin

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Emiliano

I don’t know much about repeatexplorer but I think you are using an unmaintained version, the current one is at https://bitbucket.org/petrnovak/repex_tarean and has a different homepage. If that does not help I suggest creating an issue in their repository, since I don’t expect them to read this forum.
