when I was using RepeatExplore2 clustering, I met a bug " fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at ‘/opt/repex_tarean’ ".
I have four groups of sequences, three of four passed, but last one can not run successfully.
Is there a way to fix this situation?

If other sequences worked correctly, then I am guessing that the dependency problem is with one specific cluster type or possibly a single node that the job ran on.
Are you the administrator? Check where that job ran versus the others that worked and you’ll likely spot the where the problem was.
