I’ve cheked all on my data but I’m getting this error:
Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job.
he tool was executed with one or more duplicate input datasets. This frequently results in tool errors due to problematic input choices.
but I don’t have any duplicated samples.
What can I do?
I have been getting the same error all week, as have others I know. Jen got back to me when I reported the error and said it is likely a configuration problem on the server or the remote cluster. They didn’t have a timeline for the fix. I just saw where one of the cluster issues was solved (affecting RNA STAR), and I am inquiring as to whether the Trinity one has been figured out.
