I’ve been running DeSeq2 for my data and an error message came up saying: “Unable to run this job due to a cluster error, please retry it later”. I think there is an issue with the Galaxy server at the minute, as this happened to me before, but was quickly resolved when the Galaxy server was fixed. I just thought I’d give a heads up. The URL used is “usegalaxy.org”.

The server is up now.
For anyone else that ran into the same issues, please rerun any jobs that errored. Many failed due to a cluster issue that is now resolved.

Resolved - Jobs run between 8:30AM and 10:30AM EDT (UTC -0500) on Galaxy Main failed due to an out-of-space condition on the primary cluster (Slurm) server. This issue has been resolved.
