RNAstar not working after two days

Hi,

I am trying to run RNAstar onm my datasets and it completed 3 almost straight away and hasn’t progressed any further for 2 days. When I ran it on near identical datasets last week it did it straight away. I am using the https://usegalaxy.org server and my username is chloe1999

Your jobs are most likely queued. This is expected at any time but especially right now. With the UseGalaxy.eu server offline for maintenance there are likely many more people working at the UseGalaxy.org server.

So, if you inputs are ready to process and the mapping tool is queued, you’ll need to wait for that to complete. Avoid stopping or restarting, since that will put all of your new jobs back at the end of the job queue again.

If you want to share back workflow invocation we can take a look to make sure more is not going on. Sharing the invocation is like sharing a history but happens in fewer clicks. Maybe give that a try? You can paste the link back here in a reply.

When working at UseGalaxy.org, UseGalaxy.eu, or UseGalaxy.org.au, your analysis jobs execute at large scale academic clusters. Hundreds of thousands of jobs process each month!

• Use a Workflow for batch work.
• Allow queued (grey color) and executing (yellow-orange) datasets to finish processing.
• Deleting and rerunning puts your job back at the end of the queue again!
• Job priority is the exactly the same for everyone.
• Be patient. Galaxy is a free service, when a lot of people are using it, you may have to wait longer than usual (especially for ‘big’ jobs, e.g. alignments).

Everything looks fine to me, and the jobs appear to be queued. I’ve asked internally for confirmation. I’ll update here if anything odd is discovered. So – try leaving the jobs queued.
