I would like to identify signal peptide from fungus proteins (Fusarium verticillioides) by SignalP 3.0 (Galaxy) from Galaxy (usegalaxy.eu). Error

Hi @fquirozf

The SignalP tool has some known problems, and there is an alternative tool now. Maybe try this to see what happens?
