Since yesterday I’ve been having issues with Galaxy France because the tools are taking very long to complete the run (more than 11 hours something that usually takes minutes).
I checked my internet connection and everything looks good. Could you confirm that it’s an issue of the web server?
I have not checked France, but the EU and US Servers are having this same issue. I believe it might be linked to the new update rolling out. I do not have much experience with Galaxy (started using it June 1st), so I do not know if this usually happens with Galaxy updates, but this is my best guess. I hope it is restored soon!
@jared_pish is correct about yesterday’s slowness of usegalaxy.org and usegalaxy.eu being related to those servers’ updates to release 26.1. The new release came with performance issues, which should mostly be fixed now.
The issue with usegalaxy.fr, which is the original topic of this thread, is unrelated though and an admin of their server will have to reply.
