Stop codon detection in InterProScan inputs

Hi there!

I’m trying to run InterProScan on a fasta file and I constantly get this bug:

When I first tried to run the tool I got fatal Fatal error: Exit code 1 (), so I just disabled the applications with restricted license. But then I get the error code I showed above.

I don’t understand what might be wrong. Does someone have a clue?

It seems like your input protein sequences still need to have the stop codons removed. Have you tried to do this yet?

You can try a tool like this one to start with, then a rerun.

  • Remove terminal stop codons from coding sequences
