Storage quota not updating


This morning, I deleted a large number of files from my histories as well as purged the deleted files. On my storage dashboard, my archived and deleted categories are at 0 bits. However, the deleted and purged files seem to still be accounted for in my storage quota over 6 hours later.

Is it possible to manually refresh this quota to free up the space allotted to my account? Thank you!

The storage dashboard view has a “refresh” function. That will complete within 24 hrs at most public servers.

Please let us know if it takes longer than that and we can follow up more.
