structural workflow fails

Hi Galaxy Support,

I’m running the CPT Phage Structural Workflow on, but it consistently fails at step 25, which involves the Apollo Create or Update tool. The error I receive is a You do not have access to any organism on this server. Please contact your administrator., and it seems related to the Apollo API.

How can I login to Apollo and finalize the workflow?

I am also having errors at this stage of the structural workflow while trying to see how it works - though in my case it is giving me a ‘504 Gateway Time-out’ error instead.
