The plots generated by Deseq2 and EdgeR, is there a way to get the images of them either as SVG or TIFF, or anything aside from a PDF?
It’s very difficult when trying to use them for a manuscript etc if the only output is a pdf that you need to screenshot.
If anyone has a way around this please let me know.

I’ll make a ticket for the developers for this and other tools to see what we can do about PDF outputs. Seems like a useful transformation and/or optional output format for exactly the reasons you explain.
Meanwhile, try using a free conversion program. I found several with a google search with “pdf to svg converter free”. I cannot personally recommend any of these but some look to be reputable and worth a try.

If you’re a Mac user you could use Preview to convert PDF to TIFF.
