Trouble connecting with FTP

Hello,

I’ve been trying to load my data from a distant cluster (IFB core cluster) into Galaxy using the FTP service but I get this error when I enter my password :

This is what I put in WinSCP to connect :

I’ve tried with galaxy.uni-freiburg.de as the host name as I’ve seen in other discussions but I get a “time out” error.

I appreciate any help!

The FTP server is not available right now.
