The PhysiCell Studio interactive tool seems to be stuck in “Starting…” mode. Any suggestions for figuring out why?

Is this at your own server or at UseGalaxy.org or somewhere else? I know you were cross-testing before but this seems like a different tool.
And, are you using the default data? Or a larger custom file? As a test, if you try with the defaults, does that speed up the launching process?
I was able to get this running at UseGalaxy.org in less than a minute with the default example data. But at UseGalaxy.eu it has been a few minutes and things are still at “Starting…” so the job is probably queued. I’m going to let it run to see what happens.
