When I try to upload a FASTQ file to Galaxy for my homework, the progress bar goes from 0% to 100%, but after a few seconds, it drops back to 0% and starts over. This loop has been repeating for more than 20 minutes without completing the upload. How can I fix this issue?
It seems there is an ongoing issue with quotas and data upload on the ORG server at the moment. Try the upload again once it is resolved. Check Disc quota exceeded topic for more information.
