Hello

I have 6 files each of 39GB to upload. Can I upload them using the local files tab. (my upload speed is 300mbps)

That sounds like it will work! Try to stay connected for the whole time period, although if you do get disconnected the resume function may be able to recover it.

  • FTP at UseGalaxy.eu: Upload tool → Choose from repository → your user FTP Directory. Instructions will be at the top!
  • The command-line galaxy-upload function at most public servers.

I would suggest trying to load one of the files to get an estimate of exactly how long this is taking per file, then load the remainder in batches based on how long you can stay connected or dedicate your bandwidth to the loading.
