I noticed a problem this morning, I was trying to move a couple files from galaxy.org to galaxy.eu, no problems there. I wasn’t able to move files from galaxy.eu to galaxy.org, error message. So I tried directly uploading from my computer to galaxy.org and am having same issues.

It sounds like you are having trouble getting data loaded at UseGalaxy.eu. From any source, the EU server or your desktop.
I’m running some tests, but if you want to share back some screenshots, that might help. I’m curious if it is a particular file type. I’ll try the history import with my tests too.

The issue was a short problem on the server that is now resolved. Please try rerunning anything that failed again now. That could be an upload, history transfer or a tool run. The rerun should resolve the problems.
For anyone else reading, you may see this reported as a red dataset with a message like this.

I thought it started working, I got one file to transfer ok, then the next one failed. I tried it again it’s not failing anyways, but only shows gray (job waiting to run) on both transfer and direct upload.
