Hello Galaxy Support,
I am using UseGalaxy.org and I am getting the error:
“Action requires account activation.”
I am already logged into my account and I have successfully completed several steps in my Galaxy history, including FastQC, fastp, BWA-MEM and SAMtools Sort.
When I try to run BCFtools mpileup, the job submission fails because my account requires activation.
I tried logging out and logging back in, but I did not receive any Galaxy activation or password-reset email. I have also checked my email, and I am receiving other emails normally.
Could you please check my UseGalaxy.org account and activate it or resend the activation email?
I would prefer not to create a new account because my current Galaxy history contains my ongoing bioinformatics project and completed datasets.
