Hi,
The UseGalaxy.org page has been corrupted since yesterday, February 27, 2026. When I try to open the website, it appears corrupted and automatically downloads an HTML file that I did not request. See the screenshot. Does anyone know the reason? Or can someone tell me what I should do?

I cannot reproduce the issue using Firefox, Safari and Chrom. I see standard Galaxy page.

I’m also able to reach the UseGalaxy.org server. Have you tried again yet? Please let us know how this works out! We want you (and everyone!) to have a nice experience on the services.
What happened: we updated our Welcome page (center panel) last week. This involved server restarts which lead to some instability. I can see that on the 27th this was enough to capture the downtime on our status site. Our apologies if this impacted your progress!

If you are still not able to resolve this, please let us know! You are welcome to share back the URL and a screenshot of what is happening and explain a bit more about what you were doing we’ll try to help more. If the new Welcome page is still causing some problem we’ll want to investigate!

I managed to do it through Firefox.
After a few days, I was able to access it normally through Google Chrome.
I don’t know what was happening. But now it’s working.
