Hi, in the “reference data” option, what have i to insert? I think that i need a database but why isn’t there already option available by default? And where i can find a suitable input?

The tool is brand new, and yes it appears to need native server indexes installed! I’ve made the request here to the developers. → Request: Install indexes for Vibrant for UseGalaxy.eu · Issue #61 · galaxyproject/idc · GitHub
