What are the steps to geta fasta file from a DiffBind interval file for doing motif search.

I got 5 files after using DiffBind tool.Now I want to find motifs from it.For that I think I need to get a fasta file for it.I want to know the steps for getting a fasta file!

you can use the Extract Genomic DNA using coordinates tool.
