Hi,
I have been trying to run my CUT_and_RUN pipeline and it says
Successfully invoked workflow CUT_and_RUN
invoked less than a minute ago
But it has not scheduled any of the steps and it has beena couple of hours now. What can I do?

Try to run it from the tools. Workflow doesn’t seems to work under the new interface. May be re-creating the workflow will fix this.

Are you still having problems? The clusters had some minor issues this week, some related to the release, some not, but jobs should have started up by now. But if anything is still outstanding you can try two things: starting the workflow over again, or you can share your workflow invocation here and we can help to troubleshoot!
How to share a Workflow Invocation
- Click on Workflow Invocation on the left Activity Bar
- Click on the Invocation from the listing
- Click on Share Invocation, and choose the Share button (or cancel out)
- The link will be copied to your clipboard and you can paste it back here or anywhere else you want to: published artifacts in a paper, email to a collaborator, blog post. It is the same as the URL at the top of the browser window for this view and the associated history is shared allowing others to review the job details.
- Then, when you want to unshare, go into the associated history and use the new Make Private tab.
This are newly consolidated features of the brand new 25.0 release we just loaded, and I am finding is so useful for collaboration and troubleshooting! Hopefully you do too.

To clarify: you will NOT need to recreate any workflows! You could load a workflow from 15 years ago and it would still work. There were just some hiccups on the server, some were related to the new release, some not, and all should be mostly smooth now. But any outstanding issues, general usage or release related, we can discuss and resolve here! We definitely want to resolve these.
