Account activation email not received

Hello Galaxy Support Team,

I am writing to request your help with my account activation. I created a new account on usegalaxy, but I have not received the activation email. I have already checked my Spam/Junk folders, and I also cannot find the “resend activation email” option in my user preferences.

While searching the forum, I noticed other posts suggesting that there might be activation errors when accounts are linked to a Google account, which could be what is happening in my case.

Could you please assist me with manually activating my account so I can continue with my learning exercises?
