Please, share the history using the following procedure: click at History Options (three horizontal bars icons) in the top right corner of the History panel; select Share or Publish; in the middle window make the history accessible, copy and paste the link here.
Examine the job error and long files in Info (Details in new Galaxy) section.

I cannot access the ORG server right now. I had a similar issue yesterday. Either I’ll have a look later today, or someone else will check the history.

Ping @jennaj, it seems Annotate DESeq2/DEXSeq does not work on the ORG server. In the tutorial it is used with the default settings. I tried uncompressed annotation file, but no success. It works in Australia.
