Lately I have been having trouble with chimera.vsearch. In particular, when I run this following pre.cluster I receive the message “an error occurred setting the metadata for this dataset. Set it manually or retry auto-detection” on the count table. I am not sure what is going on as the input fasta and count table all appear fine.
Any help would be great.
