I am having trouble with chimera.vsearch. when I run it following pre.cluster I receive the message “an error occurred setting the metadata for this dataset. Set it manually or retry auto-detection” on the count table. not sure waht is going on. Please help

First, please try rerunning the job. We had a few server issues.
If you get the same problem again, this prior Q&A was about a different error with a Mothur tool, but your problem could also be due to problematic inputs or empty outputs. The advice/help links in the post should help with that: Pre.cluster issue
