It doesn’t appear that Kraken2 will run when using the DTDB database, I use others just fine.

Update:
One of our clusters needed some tuning! There will be a small backlog of jobs to process, then all should resume as normal. Thanks again for letting us know! 
I’ll also be watching my test job above (this one will wait the same as everyone else), to double check that there isn’t anything special going on with the GTDB index (apart from that particular data/tool combination requiring the problematic cluster). More followup about this in a few hours.

I saw that your job had started executing a few hours ago, and now both of my tests have started as well!
