Creating gVCF file by using Galaxy

Hello.

I want to create gVCF files to compare SNPs among many cultivars.
I checked weather I could use GATK tools “Haplotype Caller”, but I couldn’t find in Galaxy.

Are there any alternative to create gVCF file?
