Hello!
I’m using DADA2 in galaxy France. When I ran the tool Merge Pairs, I had an error saying that the files from dada and deRep do not correspond. I tried to check the order of the files to see if the match, but the collection generated by dada is empty.
Could you please help me to see what is going on?

Would you like to share more details about the protocol you are following and the step you are at now? If it is a tutorial, you can share the link. You can also share the history and we can help to diagnose what went wrong with the upstream tool that produced emtpy outputs.
