I encountered an error while running DADA2 plotQualityProfile on the Galaxy server. The error message: ‘R: not found’ and ‘Rscript: not found’. It seems that R is not installed on the server. Please help install R and Rscript so that the DADA2 tools can run. Thank you.

which server are you working on? It’s best to just submit a bug report directly from the failed job. This way it will reach the right people and give them all necessary details automatically.

I use the main server usegalaxy org*, I submitted a bug report for a failed DADA2 plotQualityProfile job on usegalaxy org a while ago. I haven’t received any response yet.
I cannot help with this tool issue without more info: version, error report. But on usegalaxy.eu all dada2 tools should work, just did a training with it.

I can reproduce the error on usegalaxy.org. It seems a configuration problem since a wrong container is used.

Hello, I’m sorry for the late reply. I have found the source of the problem. I was using the main Galaxy server and encountered an error. However, after switching to Galaxy Europe, DADA2 worked properly. I recommend that you try using Galaxy Europe as well.
