Hello everyone. I have been trying to set up a local instance of galaxy and one of the tools is SnpSift. In order to annotate my vcffile with snps, one of the files that I need is dbNSFP database along with the dbNSFP.tbi.
Galaxy can’t seem to recognize this kind of extention. With any other database it has no problem (vcf.gz)
Any help would be appreciated
