Has anyone ever got this error using feature counts outputs in DeSeq2:
Error in Ops.factor(a$V1, l[[1]]$V1) :
level sets of factors are different
Calls: get_deseq_dataset … DESeqDataSetFromHTSeqCount -> sapply -> sapply -> lapply -> FUN -> Ops.factor
Have tried adding my files into collections, tried yes/no for headers,
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!
