When I followed the tutorial at Hands-on: Clustering 3K PBMCs with Scanpy / Clustering 3K PBMCs with Scanpy / Single Cell, I found that there was an option “Display keys in multiple panels” missing. This led to a poor display effect of my images. How can I solve this problem?image|489x500

You are very close to finding the nested parameter!!
In the view you posted, this is where to click to expand the section.
Then this is another close up view.
Go to the tool form, set the top level parameters as described here → Hands-on: Clustering 3K PBMCs with Scanpy / Clustering 3K PBMCs with Scanpy / Single Cell
Then once expanded, please find the option as shown in this screenshot.
Hopefully you discovered this already, or that these extra screenshots help! Some tool forms are very complicated to capture all of the possible configurations settings! As you work through the tutorials, you’ll learn how to navigate the settings!
