Hello,
I am performing docking using autodock vina tool and I have obtained the docked list of ligands in sdf format without any error. But when I try to extract docking values in a list using tool “extract values from SD-files”, it shows error in some files and do not run further. Can anyone tell me how to remove that error or is there any other way to get a tabular or excel list of docked values?
