The error points on missing sample name tag in read group. Have you added read group(s) during mapping step or user AddOrReplaceReadGroup tool? Check the job setup of this step (when read group(s) were added and make sure you added all required tags. You probably can fix the read group using AddOrReplaceReadGroup.
