In operation section, there is no option available to enter value for column.

Try converting the input data to a tabular format first, then load it on the tool form again.
The pencil icon will lead you to some very basic format conversion tools and the primary tool panel will have more. Which to use depends on what format you have now. We can help if you want to explain a bit more.
