I’m having an issue running GTDB-Tk. It seems as though I don’t have the right version of GTDB, and as a result I can’t select a database to use. I attached an image of the error message that I’m getting on my computer. Would you be able to help me install version 226? Thanks.

Try an older version of GTDB-Tk. At the job setup page click at Versions (three blocks icon) in the top right corner of the middle window and select Galaxy Version 2.5.2+galaxy1. It seems databases are version sensitive.
Ping @jennaj, we postponed GTDB-Tk update in Australia because of the database issue.

Good to know! It looks like EU also has the updated wrapper with no database. We can use this topic linked to the tool form to let everyone know.
