How can I store data from galaxy to an outside drive

Hi everyone,

Im K, a researcher at the NIH. I am doing DGE and I ran out of space in my galaxy account. I have a shared drive at work that I have lots of data availability on. Does anyone know if we can execute jobs in Galaxy but have the data be stored in an external drive?

I don’t think thats possible. You would need to free some space in your account by deleting old histories. You can download complete histories and archive them in case you need to load them into galaxy again.
