How do I use docker in galaxy

Hi all,
I’m trying to run a RetroPath2_standalone docker image on galaxy 24.01, but i’m running into issues.
I set up all the files below: galaxy->config->tool_conf.xml job_conf.yml

However, RetroPath2 docker is not running,
Am I missing some configuration parameters in one of the files?

As far as I know, Galaxy hasn’t been ported to Docker since a much earlier release.

This was the last version, and it may not work perfectly!
