How to built CAT database when do for CAT annotation?

I’am doing CAT contigs annotate with taxonomic classification,but fail to built database.

then I tried CAT prepare, it also can’t work.

Yes, that specific tool will always fail at a public server (job is too large).

Try working at UseGalaxy.eu – an already prepared index is available.

Example: CAT contigs annotate with taxonomic classification (Galaxy Version 5.2.3+galaxy0)
