I have install galaxy locally.
The programs/tools are running well , however the output cannot be displayed in the center.
The folllowing is displayed for the fastqc result
Because of security reasons you need to whitelist tools first before you can see the HTML output. You can do that on the admin page (Admin > Manage allowlist ). Here you can see a list of all your tools, select fastqc and add it to the “allowlist”. Hope this helps.

I don’t know. But as a first thing you could take a look at the log. Default this is galaxy/galaxy.log. If you cannot figure it out you can make a new topic for this and describe the problem. Then maybe someone that knows about this can help.
