Internal Server Error when Extracting Workflow

Hi,

Im trying to extract a workflow from my Galaxy history and keep getting an error that says “Internal Server Error”

Has anyone else come across this issue when trying to create a workflow from history ?

With the only difference that I know that on Galaxy Europe simple workflow extractions are working just fine.

Steps to take:

  1. Try to extract the same workflow another time, just to make sure this was not a temporary issue.
  2. Bisect the issue: try to select only half of the steps in your history for the extraction. If that works try with 3/4 and so on. This way you’re getting at least some of the work done for you, then add the missing parts manually in the workflow editor.
