I’m trying to run Kraken2 on Galaxy Europe, but the job fails every time—looking for help to identify and fix the issue.
Check the error messages. Click at Error (ladybird beetle) icon and check info at the top of the middle window. Check message in the history panel. Click at Info ( i ) icon and examine the standard output and standard error log files in the middle window. Do you see any message pointing on the cause of the error?
Try Kraken2 with any mini database and a small file. You can use any suitable file from Galaxy Training Network or a test file from GitHub. I am having a trouble with connection to Galaxy Europe atm and cannot test the software.

Since the maintenance last weekend we have been getting several novel kraken2 bug reports, but haven’t been able to find the cause so far. With everything else on Galaxy Europe working properly again, we can focus on this remaining issue now, so hopefully we will have it fixed before the weekend.
