Please I have a question about create a single Pie chart for each sample.

As attached , the photo represents the Krona pie chart for two samples, now I need to make a single pie chart for each sample for comparative. Any one can help me to do that?

I recommend you to have a look at this tutorial 16S Microbial analysis with Nanopore data. It generates different pie charts for different samples.
