Learning NGS data analysis and building pipelines

Hi everyone,
I am new to NGS data analysis. I have done various bioinformatics work and I am also comfortable with programming in Python. May I know the smart way of learning NGS data analysis especially the data that I got from Ion Torrent PGM and Nanopore MinION.
