Lfc shrinkage in DESeq2?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was an option in DESeq2(Galaxy Version 2.11.40.8+galaxy0) to apply shrinkage?

Sorry, I think there was in a very old version. Currently it is not supported. I tried to implement it here. I need to follow up on that. I can do that next week, if it is fine.
