Workflow don’t want to start…

All of the public servers are very very busy. The best strategy is to leave the workflow queued – it will run as resources become available. Next time you start a workflow, consider including the option to send yourself notifications (per step or as a whole). Avoid restarting – that places all of the work back in the end of the queue, further extending wait time.

The processing of workflow tools is similar to how tools in the history will process, but with the added advantage that tools will run serially without any more interaction from you. Some steps/tools may run quicker than others – that’s due to different resource requirements per tool. https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/faqs/galaxy/datasets_job_status.html
